Wilson Saimon (Pahpa) was born on August 11, 1952, in Pohnpei, Micronesia, to Messina Waltu and Aruo Saimon, mother now deceased. He passed away at the age of 72 on November 22, 2025, in Hurst, Texas.
He deeply cherished his family, treasuring the moments spent with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Pahpa was dedicated to supporting his community and looked forward to gatherings where he could reconnect with old friends and meet new ones.
Wilson is survived by his beloved wife of over 40 years, Youmiko Rodriquez-Saimon; his sons Willard Saimon (and wife Jayleen) of Vancouver, WA; Eddie Santer (and wife Cindy) of Portland, OR; Charley Saimon (and wife Susan) of Hurst, TX; and daughter Doreen Saimon of Vancouver, WA.
He leaves behind many grandchildren: Maylanni, John, Jaymoreen, Josiah, Jazleen, Apelu, Viceard, McGredy, Valedy, Trinity, Yaffa, Kyaffa, Halo, Ocean, Matua, Leitina Queena, Chad Willam, Charley Jr (Junia), Vivika Hope, Laveiah Raye Eleanor, and Ylaheva Faith. His great-grandchildren include Zahir King and Zalehia Rose. Wilson is also survived by siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, located at 517 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76111.
