Wilhelmina Conrad

June 3, 1954 — January 12, 2021

Obituary     Our mother, Wilhelmina Conrad, 66, was born June 3, 1954 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Willie B. Mack, Jr and the late Dorothy M. Watson.  She gained her wings and took her journey home on January 12, 2021. Mama graduated from McDonogh #35 High School, New Orleans, Louisiana in 1972.  In December 2000, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans, New Orleans, La.  She was a dedicated employee of AT&T (formerly known as BellSouth) for 43+ years until the time of her transition. Mama loved to bake brownies for family and friends. Her home was the place for laughter, joking, and having the best snacks. You always left feeling better than when you arrived. She loved to travel domestically and internationally.  Of all the places she traveled to, the Grand Canyon was her absolute favorite.   Another favorite, she loved to drive.  When we were kids, we traveled from New Orleans, LA. to Los Angeles, CA., Mama's first long distance road trip.  It was an extremely rewarding experience for her. She cherished our time together and enjoyed sharing her passion for travel and adventure with us.  Also, she was the only girl in her family who was tech savvy.  Mama had the patience to read the instructions before using or installing the device.  Further, she loved to sing. Growing up, she sang in the church choir and at other special events.   Overall, her passion was caring for her children and spending time with her grand-children. She had a warm and loving heart for all children.  Mama leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories to her two children, Jessica Jordan and Bryan Conrad.  Mama (Nana) will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren, J’Len Jordan, Allex Jordan, and Kamryn Conrad; her son-in-law, Allen Jordan; by her siblings: Murphy (Scilisteen) Carr, Ronald Mack, Charlene Johnson, Debra Mack, Iris Mack, Willie (Deanie) Mack, III, Noreene (Scyler) Bostick, Pamela (Darrell) Alexander, Donald (Silvia) Mack, and Robert (Brigitte) Mack; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Carr, Murphy Carr, Jr., Muriel Carr, Melana Carr, Kerry Lundy, Corey (Iina) Mack, Scyler Bostick, Jr, Natasha (Hafeez) Olayemi, Randi Alexander, Chelsea Mack, Coreena Bostick, and Darrell Alexander, Jr.; a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, great great-nieces, great great-nephews, a host of other relatives, and dear friends.   A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Details will be sent in advance to allow sufficient time to prepare and make arrangements. Condolences may be sent to 1720 Thorntree Lane, Justin, Texas 76247
