Sharon Ann Branon, 66 

Some people only walk this earth for a short time. Their departure reminds us that angels are watching over us. Last week Sharon Ann Branon, age 66, rejoined her heavenly family and gained her wings. 

Sharon was born in Fort Worth, Texas to Flora Mae Reed-Harris and Loyd Preston Harris, December 16, 1957. 

Sharon loved with all her heart and loved to laugh. She was fierce and one of the strongest women I knew. 

Sharon is survived by her husband of 28 years, Steve Branon; her two children: Larissa Kerley and son-in-law, Charles Kerley; Frank Petty and daughter-in-law, Christine Petty; Grandchildren: Ansley Kerley (19), Addyson Kerley (15), Devin Petty (13), Amelia Petty (11), and Lilly Ann Petty (3); brother, Mike Harris and sister-in-law Linda Harris; sister, Carolyn Boone. 

 A private graveside service will be held at Johnson Cemetery in Dennis, Texas at a later date.
