Sally Jeanette Moore

Monday September 13th, 2021   Sally Jeanette Ashmore, 66, passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones. A Family Private Service will be held at Alpine Funeral Home and a Memorial Burial Service will be announced publicly at a later date.   Sally Jeanette Ashmore was born January 1st, 1955 in Greenwood, Mississippi and moved to California and then later settled in Texas at the age of 10. She was a loving daughter, mother, sister, grandma and friend. She was also known as “Mimi”.  Sally was a respected woman to anyone who had the privilege of meeting her. She brought love and happiness into many hearts. She is preceded in death by husband; Roger Dale Bruce, Sr;  her dad, Lester Lee Ashmore; mother, Daisy Fern Orozco; siblings, Mike Ashmore; Margie Collins; Patricia Ann Blanchard; Lester (Coman) Ashmore; Grandchildren; Kristi Marie. Niece & nephew Angie Orozco and Lester Ashmore Jr. Survivors: Son; Chris Parris, spouse Jo Parris; Daughter; Connie Barksdale, spouse Danny Barksdale; Brother; Carl Ashmore spouse Linda Ashmore;Sister; Diane Bennett; spouse Kasey Bennett Grandchildren: Zachary Rydman, Kristin Rydman, Destani Barksdale, Chelcie Parris, Trey Parris, Brad Parris, Jordan Parris. Great- Grandchildren: Alex Munoz, Klayton Rydman, Sawyor Parris, Brooklyn Parris and Alyssa Rydman. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
