Norma Lena Frase

Norma Lena Frase was born on April 26, 1946 in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee to Martha Anna Greathouse and William Hoyt Crow. She passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024 in Palestine, Texas at the age of 78. 

Norma was raised with over 100 foster brothers and sisters who were raised by her mother. Norma had a wonderful sense of humor and was a true lover of animals and was very caring and loving. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Martha Kidd; husband, Wayne Richard “Dick” Frase; nephew, Frank Jeremiah “Jeremy” Kidd and her beloved dogs, Kentucky, Tennessee, Snowflake, and Olf. 

She is survived by her son, Alan Dobbs and wife, Mimi of Sugarland, Texas; sisters, Royce Stephens and husband, Bill of Columbus, Indiana; and Brenda Scott and husband, Jeff of Medina, Ohio; brother, Tim Green of California; and James Wagar of Wooster, Ohio; niece, Kim Couchman and husband, Jim of Urbana, Ohio and numerous great nieces and nephews.
