James Pierce Singleton Sr.

James Pierce Singleton, 83, was born December 29, 1942 in Bonham, Texas and departed this life July 12, 2026 3:48 a.m. at his family home in Haltom City, Texas surrounded by his family. James was the son of the late Samual Ray Pierce Singleton and Audie Ophelia Singleton(Hughes).

Graveside services: 1p.m. July 27th at Greenwood Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Following with a Celebration of life at the family home. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. July 25th at Alpine Funeral Home.

On May 17, 1966 he was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Singleton (Smith). She preceded him in death on July 12, 2013. He was also preceded in death by daughters, Cheryl Lynn Singleton and Linda Fae Singleton, and grandsons, William James Brand and Dakota Hutch.

He is Survived by daughter, Betty Lou Brand and son, James Pierce Singleton Jr; grandchildren, Eddie Brand and fiancé Zoie, Michael Owens and wife Samantha, Paige Owens and fiancé Justin, Zachary Owens, Sheralyn Mullins and husband Nathan, Samual Brand; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Audrey, Regan, Melanie, Cylus, Summer, Layla, Houstin, Olive, Riley, Gabriel, Rory; sister-in-law Mary Lou and husband Ray and, Barbara Louise; nieces and nephews, Doris, Johnny, Mary, Marsha, and Doug; numerous great nieces and nephews, friends and family.
