Isaias Arturo Carranza

July 6, 1941 — October 13, 2025

Saginaw, Texas

Isaias Arturo Carranza, 84, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 13, 2025. He was born on July 6, 1941, in Fairview, Montana, to Josephine (Cantu) Carranza and Albert H. Carranza.

In his younger years, Isaias proudly enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where he honorably served his country. He lived life to the fullest, embracing adventure, hard work and was a skilled boxer. Known as a “Jack of All Trades,” Isaias had a gift for fixing just about anything and a personality that could light up any room. A jokester at heart, he loved making people laugh with his playful “white lies”. Even in his stubborn moments, his charm always shone through. Isaias found great joy in fishing, leatherworking, cooking for loved ones, and exploring the open road as a truck driver. He cherished the sights he saw and the people he met along the way. At home, he loved quiet moments spent reading his favorite Louis L'amour books, running, and watching his favorite westerns. Above all, he treasured time with his family and friends, who will forever remember his warm heart and playful spirit.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Josephine (Cantu) Carranza and Albert H. Carranza; siblings, Albert, Simon, Johnny, Henry, Minerva, Fernando, Lupe, and baby Lupita.

Isaias is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Carranza; children, Teresa Clemans husband Tom (Peyton, CO); Nicole Chamberlin husband, Christian (New York, NY); Aaron Carranza and wife, Taylor of Scottsdale, Arizona; Jose Carranza of Portland, Oregon; Serena Carranza and husband, Jeremy Craig of Lake Oswego, Oregon; Veronica Carranza and husband, Torian Noel of Fort Worth, Texas; Bianca Carranza and husband, Deante McChristian of Fort Worth, Texas; Jessica Sabedra of Dallas, Texas; and Cristal Jackson and husband, Derek of Frisco, Texas and one other daughter; grandchildren, Emma, Tristan, Taliyah, Daniella, Neika, Trevor, and Audrey; Great grandkids: Jude, Kyson, Kieryn, and Easton siblings, Mary Gamboa, Virginia Molina, Josephine Rodriguez, and Felix Aguilar; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and a host of friends.
