Dorothy Jean Grazetti

November 28, 1940 — March 20, 2026

Dorothy Jean Grazetti, 85, of Bedford, Texas, passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 20, 2026. Born on November 28, 1940, in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, to the late Richard Buck and Dora Luce, Dorothy lived a life filled with laughter, joy, and an unwavering love for her family.
Dorothy was a beloved nanny to the many families she cared for over the years, touching countless lives with her warmth and kindness. She had a contagious laughter that could be heard across the room. She was a wonderful "Meemaw" to her grandchildren, who adored her. Her playful sense of humor was legendary; she delighted those around her with jokes and lighthearted pranks that could brighten even the hardest of days, making long-lasting memories with those she held dear. She loved to bring her loved ones together for "family gatherings" that are still continued to this day. Dorothy's passions were many and varied. She enjoyed playing cards, square dancing, making crafts, and hunting for treasures at garage sales. She filled numerous bellies by making her famous chocolate chip cookies. Those who knew her well knew that a bag of Reese's Pieces and a Sonic Coke were never far from reach. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Deno Grazetti Jr.; her sons, Deno Grazetti III and Jeffrey Grazetti; her brother, Dick Buck; and her sister, Ruth Matthews. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberlee Williams; her son, Wayne Grazetti; grandchildren, Shannon, Kyndra, Anthony, Bryttni, Leslie, Sarah, and Sydney; and her great-grandchildren, Kadyn, Kaden, Rhiannon, Samantha, Sophia, Tommie, Jeremiah, J.J., Jackson, Emery, and Kate. A devoted Christian woman, Dorothy walked faithfully with the Lord throughout her life. Her family takes comfort in knowing she rests now in the arms of her Lord and Savior. Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026, at Fountains Fellowship Church, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. A private family burial will take place at Bourland Cemetery.
