Daniel “Konk” Ynostrosa was a proud father to Jake and pia whom he called "Son"& "Pumpkin" he was also a proud Papaw of 6. His presence brought laughter, love, and countless memories to everyone who knew him.

The open road was where Konk’s heart truly belonged. Being a truck driver was more than just a job, it was a passion and a way of life. He spent years traveling the highways, driving from state to state, always carrying with him the hope of making it back home to the people he loved. He also had a love for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and enjoyed listening to his Tejano music.

Those who knew Konk knew he was always ready to make someone laugh. He was a jokester who loved playing around, whether it was on the phone or in person. He especially enjoyed teasing and joking with his children, grandchildren. His laughter, personality, and playful spirit will forever live on in the memories of those who loved him.

Konk is preceded in death by his two infant children, Joseph and Danielle Ynostrosa; his parents, Jose and Lupe Ynostrosa; his brothers, Fernando “Polo” and Joe Ynostrosa; and his sister, Alicia “Bee” Ynostrosa.

Konk leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Jake Ynostrosa and Maria“Pia”Salazar; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Salazar, David Salazar Jr., Joseph Salazar, Aniyah Ynostrosa, Dezirae Salazar, and Alyzah Ynostrosa; his two brothers and two sisters; along with countless nieces and nephews.
