Blake Corey Hinson

Blake Hinson, 46, of Fate, Texas, passed away on November 1, 2025. Born on February 12, 1979, Blake was a devoted father, husband, son, loyal friend, and proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Blake served honorably in the Security Forces, protecting others with the same steadfast courage that defined his life. His time in the military instilled in him discipline and integrity that carried through every chapter of his journey. He exemplified the spirit of service — to his country, his community, and his family.

After his military service, Blake made Rockwall his home, where he became known for his strong sense of community. Whether volunteering his time or offering support to friends and neighbors, Blake brought warmth and kindness to every interaction.

Blake is survived by his wife of 18 years, Jennifer Hinson; their children, Gage (16), Cody (14), and Charlotte (11); mother, Sunny Hinson; siblings, Lance (Andi) Hinson, Kirsten Lewis, and Andrea (Doug) Ferrata. His memory will forever be cherished by his mother-in-law Cynthia Butler, father-in-law Dennis (Becky) Stewart; sisters-in-law Denise (Jason) Wright and Leah (Matt) Cole. He will also be deeply missed by other loving family and friends.

Blake was predeceased by his father Ron Hinson and brother-in-law Scott Lewis.

A memorial service honoring Blake’s life and service will be held at Lakeshore Church in Rockwall on November 17th at 11:00 am. Interment with military honors will be at Dallas–Fort Worth National Cemetery on November 19th at 12:30 pm. The family will be gathering for the committal service at Lane 4. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a veteran’s organization of your choice in his memory.
