Billy Ross Coen

Billy Ross Coen passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus in his home on Monday, April 15^th with his wife by his side. He was born April 28, 1938 in Wichita Falls, TX the youngest child to Ida Tracey and Joseph Gordon Coen. He married his bride of 45 years, Rose “Ann” Odom on February 23, 1974. He proudly served many years in the United States Army before building a successful career in sales. He retired from John Hancock Life Insurance Company and also succeeded in business long after retirement.  His loves in life were his family, golf, rocking on the front porch, and watching his grandchildren and great-grandchildren grow up. He is survived by his wife Ann, sons Rodney Coen, Lee Coen, Wade Fitzgerald, Troy Coen and their wives and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was funny, kind, admittedly stubborn, trustworthy, and a follower of Christ. Because of all this and more he will be greatly missed until we see him again.
