The Life, Love, and Legacy of
Anna Marie Camargo Rhodes

Anna Marie Camargo Rhodes was born on July 26, 1967 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Jesus Camargo and Natividad Camargo. Anna was the seventh of nine children.
Anna came to know the Lord at a young age and made a personal decision to follow Christ, a commitment that shaped the course of her life. In 1999, she transitioned from Catholicism to the Baptist faith, deepening her walk with the Lord.
Also in 1999, Anna and her husband, John Rhodes, relocated to Arlington, Texas, to raised their three lovely children.
Anna became a faithful member of Blessed Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Arlington, and later joined Oak View Baptist Church. There, she served with integrity and dedication in the financial department for over nine years.
Anna also used her gifts in financial stewardship at Ridgley Baptist Church and with Visiting Angels, where she continued her work in the financial department. Her dedication to service, both in ministry and in her professional life, was a true reflection of her unwavering faith and her heart for helping others.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Anna was known for her bright smile, her warm, tender heart, and her joyful spirit. She cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and extended family. Anna had a special gift for making others feel loved and welcomed, and she made it her mission to ensure that everyone around her experienced joy and connection.
Her legacy of faith, love, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Anna departed this life peacefully on October 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus and Natividad Camargo; and her siblings: Joe, Vincent, and Javier Camargo.
Those left to cherish Anna’s memory are her children: Anthony G. “AG” Spring, Jr., Richard L. Rhodes, and Angela D. Rhodes; her adorable grandchildren: Breiah Duffer, Annabelle D. Phillips, Anthony G. Springs, III, and Ty’mere Rhodes; her siblings: Lupe Estes, Phillip Camargo, Victor Camargo, Emmanuel Camargo, Maggie Camargo, and Juana Smith (Greg); as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Anna also leaves countless friends that truly loved her dearly.
To know Anna was to love her. Her smile could brighten any room, and her warm, generous heart and loving spirit will live on forever in those who knew her and were blessed by her.
